Do debug session console logs persist anywhere?

  • Each time I run, Xcode clears the old log, which is what I want. Sometimes Xcode clears the log window upon app termination (in this case, my app died, perhaps due to running out of memory; I don't know).

Is it written to disk anywhere? I'd love to dig it out to show my colleague what was going on when is code died.

  • Look in the Log Navigator …

    Locate

    Debug ProgramName
    Date - Time

    For Example:

    Debug GreatApp
    6/11/13 3:00PM

    -koko

  • Thanks.

Alas, most of the entries in my navigator result in "No such file or directory" alert sheets.
