Custom Drag and Drop Cell for NSTableView

Hello everyone!
I would like to create an own NSCell for a NSTableView.

This cell should be dragable and I would like to draw the content of 
the Cell by my self (But it's text only).
I would like to work with the cell in Interface Builder.

Could somebody help me to do that?
