lock Keyboard for Kisok-Mode

Hello everyone.
I would like to add an Kiosk mode to my Application.
Does somebody know how I can lock the Computer for every kind of 
Keyboard Inputs (Just not for one Compo to leave the Kisok)
Best would be if the mouse wouldn't be there too.
