I doubt that. While I definitely don't agree with Mike's views,  it's 
not likely that nationalist pride will prevent him from gainful 
employment.

If any of you follow the Ruby community, take Zed Shaw as an example 
of slander _not_ hurting your career. Granted, he's made huge 
contributions to the Ruby community, but his "rant" did nothing but 
get his name passed around, leading to offers from GOOG, MSFT, and the 
like.
