[OT] Registration Scheme Versioning

I'm attempting to implement versioning into my registration scheme, i.e. a user purchases a license for version 2.0 which should also unlock version 1.0 but not the other way around! I'm only at version 1.0 currently but I'm trying to plan ahead and not regret a design decision later on.

If anyone has implemented something like this and is willing to share their solution could you contact me offlist?
