NSURLDownload resume and check for complete

Hi folks,
I've been able to get NSURLDownload to download a file, though am 
having some problems with regards to resuming a partially complete 
download as well as checking if the file has been completely downloaded.

Are there any tutorials or blog posts which cover this material?
