Finder/iTunes Sidebar View?

Hi,

I was wondering what kind of view object the finder/itunes sidebar is?
I am interested in using a very dumbed down version of this. Basically
I just want a list view with that bluish background, no header column,
and selectable. For a picture, you can see this that I just uploaded:
