Rotation in PDFAnnotationFreeText in PDF Kit

Is there a way to rotate the text in the PDFAnnotationFreeText?

I created a PDFAnnotationFreeText and it shows up in a PDFView. How 
do I make the text rotate or apply a matrix to it? e.g. rotate 90?
