Temporal XCode 2.4 problem in ADC

Although XCode 2.4 is mentioned at Apple's site, I can't download it,
since it is not listed in my ADC account ('free' ADC account). Does
anybody know, if this is a temporal problem?

Furthermore, didn't the someone during the keynote mentioned, that
3.0 will be released immediately? Obviously, it is not available. Did
I missed somthing?
