Licensing a cocoa framework ?

Hello,

I'm building a cocoa framework. This framework could be installed and 
used as is by developers, embedded in my own applications
and/or used with Automator.
Is there a way to manage licenses for the different uses of this 
framework ?
For example : An user can pay license for Automator actions that use 
this framework. It will be easy for this user to copy this framework
and use it for its own applications. That's what i want to restrict.
