Interface Builder Help Broken?

I just started up help for Interface Builder and noticed that when I 
click on the "Adding, Removing, and Selecting Objects" that the help 
opens on the left hand side instead of the main window. Further 
testing shows that all of the links I've tried also show this 
behavior. Has anyone else seen this?
