Standard toolbar View-menu items

Hi,

In the toolbar programming guide there is a mention of the "Hide 
Toolbar/Show Toolbar" and "Customize Toolbar" items which I should 
place in my view menu. The document says that they are standard items 
which I will find in Interface Builder. The problem is that I can't 
find them.  Where should they be?
