That one also caught me for awhile since a lot of the initial 
documentation I found mentioned nothing about converting a project to 
"native".  Since nearly all of my projects started back in the 
Project Builder days, I had to convert them first before they would 
compile correctly.  Ah, fun with compilers and IDEs!
