[HOWTO] Non-control NSViews in NSTableView with Core Data

I just added a blog entry on using non-control NSViews in an 
NSTableView using Core Data. Compared to the solutions available 
elsewhere, it is very simple and --- depending on your outlook --- 
elegant. I thought it might be useful to others.
