A Better Disclosure Triangle Control

Dose anyone have a disclosure trangle control that properly accepts a
title, and has mouse over effects?

I'm looking for something like the control used in the binding interface
in Interface Builder.

A search of the archives got me close. I'm asking before I start writing
one of my own.
