Will a subclass of NSActionCell work on 10.2?

As the subject says: will a subclass of NSActionCell work on 10.2?

I want to support 10.2 because this will be an app that many people
will want to use. So, I think I should include support for 10.2.

Also is there a graph, that is frequently updated, of the number of
users for each version of OS X? That would be useful for all devs on
the mac.
