Since you are posting this to the Cocoa list, I assume you want to 
do this from within a Cocoa application. If so, search this list's 
archives; this is a *very* frequently-asked question. Specifically, 
you want to look for parsing plist files in general (or, more 
specifically, reading one into an NSDictionary or NSArray object).
