the bounds is just the bounding rectangle of the bezier path.
Rotating the path gives you a path with a different set of path point
and a different bounds - but not rotated bounds. To show a rotated
bounding box you would need to rotate a separate path constructed
from the unrotated objects bounds and then rotated by the same amount
as the object.
