mlRe: How to make the Mac X Boot CD (Tiger OS)

Just use BootCD: http://www.charlessoft.com/ (NOTE: It's not yet Tiger
compatible though, you'll need a 10.3.x mac in order to make the bootable
cd), it lets you choose the apps you'd like to have on the cd so you can
choose to put your app on the cd...and it's freeware too ;-) :-)
