UI for setting text background

Is there any UI for setting text's background color?

There's setBackgroundColor: of course, but the Fonts window lets you 
set text color and document color.

Or, perhaps that's not what I'm looking for either -- how would you 
draw a "highlighter pen" effect behind some of the text?
