Firstly, WebObjects for Windows ships with ProjectBuilder (no space)
which predates Project Builder (with space), which was a complete
rewrite. The fact that WO for Windows happens to use an old version of
Yellow Box shouldn't be relied upon, and Apple won't license the
libraries to you for redistribution. So this really isn't a viable
solution.

Also, it should be noted that even if an app is Cocoa, it's probably
going to be dependent on other OS X technologies and so it's not going
to be a simple case of compiling it against GNUstep.

And I'm sorry, but if you can't figure out whether an app is a Cocoa
app or not from its source code, you're really not qualified to port
it.
