This is correct, as per the NDA signed by/when attending. Another
answer: last year, if I recall correctly, about 3600 developers
attended, up from 3200 or so the year before. Each year as of late
attendance grows.
The utility of attending is quite high. You learn how to implement
the technologies and gain experience that is irreplaceable. I highly
recommend (I attended in 2003 as a Student Scholarship recipient and
returned in 2004 as an independent shareware author, now I'll be
attending via the company I work for now) I still watch the 2003
DVDs, so each resource does come in handy, be it immediately or down
the road.
