I see, though I don't understand why most applications should register
for such a message.
I mean in almost all cases an application needs to play with the
pasteboard when the user wants to paste something, only a small number
of applications (mainly utilities and some hack) may want to play with
it without user intervention, but apparently it's not so in the real
world :-)
