    it isn't a file issue, it's an issue with what you're using to 
download the file.

    many tools don't work right with huge file downloads.  curl for 
example you have to force to version 0 of the HTTP stuff, and then it 
still spews bizarre lengths for the last bit.

    so look to your tool (whoa!)
