[OT] 2GB file limit

Hi everyone,

I apologize for the off-topic post, but you're the people who would
most likely know the answer to this question:

I'm trying to download a 2.3 GB file (specifically the latest Tiger
build) from the ADC website, but no matter where I try downloading it
to (internal vs external HD), it always caps out at 2GB and I can't get
the last 300 MB.

Does anyone know of a way to get around this?
