Bullets in NSTextView

I'm attempting to add a bulleted list to an
NSTextView. When the user presses the return key, a
new bullet should appear on the next line. Despite
several Google and Apple developer seraches, there
seems to be no documentation on this (except for using
bullets in secure text fields).

Has anyone ever attempted this before?
