nsstepper up arrow and down arrow

Hi,

How can I get an NSStepper control to increase/decrease it's value when
I press the down or up arrow (on the keyboard, not the buttons on the
control, that it does already). When I press on the up or down arrow,
the NSStepper control does flicker but nothing happens.
