Newbie IB question

Hi,
  I'm trying to build up a dialog using Cocoa and IB, and I was given a nib
file which was a carbon style nib files which was news to me that there were
2 different sorts. And there are 2 different control palettes one for Cocoa
and 1 for Carbon.

  But I don't seem to be able to find a RelevanceBar which is shown in the
Carbon control palette, Any idea's how I get to see this control in Cocoa
one ?.

  I also checked the Headers and there doesn't seem to be a NSRelevanceBar
neither :-(.

Any ideas, what I should do ?
