GNUstep has recently taken a giant leap forward on Windows. Maybe you
should consider it for your porting activities. I know of a company
(smartsoft) I am loosely related with which uses GNUstep on Windows for
the deployment of their business applications on Windows.
Get in contact with Marc Brünink <<email_removed>>, he was in
charge for doing the port from Cocoa to GNUstep on Windows.
