Thanks for the input, Uli!
I think for now I'm going to stay away from the Click & Hold behavior
and just use a contextual menu and the normal click/rotate behavior.
I've had a few testers who like the button. It only has a few choices
to rotate through so it's handy for quick switching. I'm still
playing with it, though, and may end up going the popup route.
