The best way now is to use the feedback links at the bottom of the
online documentation pages, for example:

CocoaBindings/index.html>
(It's also easier for you than using bugreporter.) It'll get routed
quickly enough from there. It would also be helpful to "report"
documentation you think is good (It solved my issue)! That way we
can try to produce more of the same...
