Effective Cocoa (was Category or Protocol? (objc newbie))

Would the powers that be at Apple support an effective Cocoa list? 
Perhaps this list could be moderated by a few of the luminaries on this
list.  I imagine that it would not take very long to build up an
extremely useful archive of effective cocoa-ness.
