Hello.
Is there a way to register to receive keyDown: and keyUp: events while
my app is in the background? Don't worry, I'm not writing a keystroke
logger. I just want to listen for the option key being pressed and
released. In my case I really am watching for NSFlagsChanged in
sendEvent: of my overridden NSApplication.
