I was wondering someone knows the relationship between OpenGL and the
newly released Universal 3D (U3D) File Format ECMA-363? Do you
structure your 3D scenes using OpenGL with a U3D format and then write
it out to a file?
I am a small developer working on a Cocoa OpenGL application for the
engineering community. I would eventually like my application to
provide printing support along with pdf generation.
Adobe for example now provides for embedded U3D support in Acrobat 7.0.
I would like for my application to be able to write these kind of pdf
files. Is this something that I would have to do all on my own or is
Apple planning some kind of support for this?

Richard Charles
