I don't know if there is a new version, but there was at one time a way
to download AquaIconKit.  I still have version 1.1 dated Aug, 2002. 
It's a .dmg that contains many templates (all in Photoshop format) for
things like documnets, plugins, folders.

Please e-mail me privately if you'd like me to send you a copy.  It's
216 K in size.
