Generating NiB files

Hi,

I was just wondering if I could generate NiB file automatically? I'm
trying to find out, for a customer, but also for myself (it seems like
fun) if I could write a program that converts window definitions (for
example Visual Basic forms, Powerbuilder window objects, ....) into NiB
files so they can easily be modified by other programmers later using
IB.

I suppose this is possible since IB was written too. My question....
Are there any docs on how this is done?
