It's a been a long-standing policy of OmniGroup lists that members are
expected to respect any NDAs that they have signed with Apple. Breaking
your NDA on-list or encouraging others to do so will get you removed.

Clearly there's interest in discussing Tiger development, but seeing as
an NDA is a legal contract, the best bet for that is to tell Apple that
it's important to you.
