Hello,
Just a quick question: does anybody know where Apple
stands on developers using resources such as
pictures/icons from Apple apps?
I am thinking specifically of the smaller/larger
picture icons on either side of the slider in iPhoto.
I also have a slider for scaling pictures in my app,
and would like to use the same icons if it is legal
because 1) I'm not the greatest icon-designer in the
world and 2) it seems to fit in with the Apple
philosophy of standardising Mac UIs across apps - any
user who has used iPhoto will immediately know what my
slider is for.
Does anybody know if this is allowed or if this is
illegal?
Many thanks,
Keith
