Keyboard shortcuts and scroll views

I've got a simple application that displays an imageview inside a scroll view.

The problem is that the accustomed shortcuts (arrow keys for scrolling, space for "page down") don't work and I can't see any way to hook them up.

Can anyone give me a suggestion?
