mlRe: HTTPS and Cocoa

You can do this with the latest version of CURLHandle,
<http://curlhandle.sourceforge.net/>.  Be sure to re-build it under
Jaguar, as this only really functions when built and deployed on Jaguar.

If you want to test it, you should be able to use the CurlHandleTester
app that comes with it (after rebuilding under Jaguar) to try out some
sample queries.
