ml[ANN] Developers wanted for Newsreader

Do you read Usenet news? Do you love developing Cocoa applications? Do
you have some time?

If you have said 'yes' to all of the above you'll be interested in
this. Let's start with a bit of history. A few years ago Constantin and
I developed the Alexandra newsreader for NeXTSTEP, which was quite
popular at its time. At some point we looked at the source code and
decided to use our experience to write a completely new and, of course,
much improved newsreader for OPENSTEP. We followed the NeXT Apple path
to Rhapsody and then to Mac OS X. Unfortunately, we also had less and
less time to spend so development came to an absolute crawl in the past
year.

What we have is an application that already works quite well as a basic
reader. It builds on proven frameworks and has a fully multi-threaded
architecture. All that is missing are a few dedicated developers who
finish it.

For that reason I've placed the existing source code onto Sourceforge
and invite you to have a look at it. (A screenshot is available, too.)
If you are interested please contact me via my Sourceforge account.
