Hi
Lets say, I want to scan a string, that I loaded down from a server in
Germany. Germany has another usage of decimal separators or thousands
separator. How could I load the locale of another country? I mean, it's
easy to find out the locale of the actual user, but where are the
others stored? They should be available somewhere, otherwise, the
preferences couldn't offer a different default locale for different
countries.
Where could I load such a foreign default locale?
Thanks
Phil
