Short version: No.

Long version: Okay, so I exaggerated. It doesn't do EVERYTHING you need.

Seriously though, it only handles getting the files on the disk image.
I'm not even sure how OS X hides stuff like the background images and
agreements, but if I could figure out how to do that stuff from the
command line I could hack my program to be able to do that as well.

Odds are I'm not about to implement this unless someone gives me
explicit instructions for which commands to execute on the image, or
unless I find that I need or want it.
