Image Capture SDK compatible scanners

Is this the best place to ask questions about the Image Capture SDK?

I am writing code that uses the Image Capture SDK - but it is hard to
find a variety of scanners with compatible drivers for testing.  I
found a Knowledge Base document (id 107203) that mentions a few Epson
scanners and suggests contacting other vendors directly for their
status.  It would be nice if a comprehensive list was being maintained
online....

Unfortunately, it is not enough to search for MacOS X compatibility -
because earlier OS X TWAIN drivers are not compatible with 10.2, and
many "OS X" solutions are not compatible with Image Capture.

I am looking for positive indications that Scanner manufacturers will
be supporting Image Capture in the future.
