SSH support in CVS menu of PB

Hi,
  How would one person have a SSH menu item in his CVS menu of Project
Builder, while another person (me) has no such menu item? We're both
running the December Dev Tools Release.

  Is there a plugin he's got which I don't?

  (Trying to figure out how to get the integrated CVS support to work
without constant failures and "broken pipe" errors)
