I'm trying to use NSWorkspace's iconForFileType: method to get the
generic application icon. I've tried [[NSWorkspace sharedWorkspace]
iconForFileType:@"APPL"] and [[NSWorkspace sharedWorkspace]
iconForFileType:@"app"] but both return the generic document icon. Is
this just not possible using NSWorkspace (since nothing may or should
claim APPL or app)? If it is, how can I convert an IconRef into an
NSImage?
