Objective-C and .NET

Does anyone here know of any plans to create a compiler that takes in
Objective-C and spits out Microsoft .NET bytecode? It seems like this is
happening for many languages, but i can't seem to find any about
Objective-C. Sure would help when trying to create a something on both
OS X and Window. Thanks, Jesse.
