When an NSStatusItem is taken off the screen because there are too many
menus coming over from the left and/or too many many extras on the
right (basically when the gap between normal menus and menu extras is
too small for your NSStatusItem), it is removed from the menubar.
How can you probe to tell if your NSStatusItem is visible or not?
