XML Parser in Java?

I've been trying to install Sun's XML parser
"java_xml_pack-summer-02_01" for use with Java in Project Builder, and
I'm not having much luck.
I've set the environment variables to point to the location of the
various directories I've unzipped, and the files still are invisible to
the compiler.

Hopefully someone out there has done this and can point me to some
easy-to-follow directions :-)
