Sorry I don't have an answer for that at the moment, but I do have a
couple of utilities which may be useful for anyone localising their
apps (and I hope everyone is?! :-)

There's an accompanying article in preparation, but I'm afraid I
haven't had much opportunity to work on it over the last week or two...
